Her career in tech is exclusive to working with early and growth-stage tech startups. She believes strongly that good people, operations and business practices should be adopted early. She loves to share her knowledge and experience in order to make these practices accessible, regardless of how early the company.
Currently Sr HR Business Partner at CTO.ai, Charlyne remains deeply involved in the tech startup scene and is a mentors, advisor and coach for various organizations.
